Our Team of experienced experts is available anytime:

  • By Phone during the work week from 8am to 6pm Eastern time. When you call, you talk directly with one of our experts.
  • Online, using our Help Desk application. Online Help Desk is available 24/7/365 and monitored by the same experts who answer our phones. Log a new Help Desk ticket and get a guaranteed response time based on predetermined escalation rules.

When you need help, we’re here to respond.  We don’t outsource our Support services to some 3rd party who also sets up routers and solves mobile phone problems for their other customers.  Our Support Team is composed of eBRP employees and only does one thing: provide support to eBRP Suite Customers.
