Incident Assessment

COMMANDCENTRE’s Incident Assessment feature allows users to quickly evaluate disruptions by adding affected entities or selecting pre-defined scenarios from the TOOLKIT. It provides upstream and downstream impact analysis to identify dependencies and root causes. Integrated with Google Maps, it visually represents affected areas, enabling precise identification of potentially disrupted assets within specified geographic boundaries.

Activate Response

The Activate Response feature enables Incident Commanders or Crisis Managers to initiate relevant recovery plans based on real-time assessments. COMMANDCENTRE generates a curated list of actionable plans, which can be adjusted as situations evolve. Stakeholders are alerted via integrated notifications, ensuring unified communication. Activation initializes status dashboards, providing immediate visibility into affected entities and the progress of activated plans.

Command & Control

COMMANDCENTRE’s Command & Control automates task allocation to recovery team members based on predefined plans. Utilizing the Critical Path Method, it generates interactive Gantt charts for real-time tracking of task execution against planned durations. Teams can log and escalate issues, ensuring timely resolutions. The system allows flexibility to pause, resume, or modify plan execution as situations change, enhancing operational control.

Monitor & Measure

Monitor & Measure offers real-time dashboards displaying the restoration status of assets and services, along with percentage completion of activated plans. This feature enhances manageability by allowing stakeholders to effectively track recovery progress. Comprehensive activity logs record all user transactions, facilitating incident playback and audit purposes, ensuring accountability in incident response processes.
