BIA deployment & data collection
BIA surveys are configured, published to targeted stakeholders, and eRMA-assisted analysis surfaces initial gaps and RTO anomalies. The first BIA cycle is completed as part of the engagement, producing approved parameters that feed directly into plan development.

Training, validation & handover
