eBRP Suite's optional, modular BIA add-on provides enhanced BIA functionality to create, publish and analyze custom BIA surveys. Survey questions reside in a question bank organized into question categories. This question bank allows you to create hundreds of questions which can be reused again and again in various surveys. The answer to each survey question conforms to a user-specified weighting schema designed to produce results that directly compare the major impact categories (Brand/Image, Customer, Compliance and total Criticality) across the organization.

Surveys are completed online, so there is no time wasted in distribution and collection efforts. eBRP's BIA tool monitors the completion status of each survey. Administrators may decide to close a survey at any time in order to move forward with the business impact analysis. This keeps the survey timeline from becoming stretched or stalled indefinitely.

BIA automates the entire survey workflow, notifying teams by email that they have surveys to answer. Responders log in to begin or complete the surveys that require their participation. They can complete the survey, or log back in at anytime to finish. The process is dynamic and tracked in real-time.
